This is a well attenuated, stout with a pleasant dry finish. A favorite of St. Patrick's day for many people, it is also a great beer any time with Bewilder handmade sausages, and summer nights. With pale malt from the malting company of Ireland, flaked barley, and specialty malt from the UK, this beer will make you feel like you are at a pub in Ireland.
DINE-IN OR ORDER
We took premium floor malted German grain, and traditional German lager yeast and combined them with new and experimental New Zealand hops, lagered it for a relatively short amount of time and are serving it right of the tank. We are calling this mash up of styles a New Zealand Kellerbier. This style is defined as a young, unfiltered, unpasteurized versions of the traditional German beer styles, traditionally served on tap from the lagering vessel. The name literally means “cellar beer”. It has a great pilsner grain character with loads of phenomenal fruity hop character.
A favorite recipe of our customers from Salt City Brew Supply, this single hop pale ale is light gold with a unique and bright citrus flavor reminiscent of grapefruit that comes from American Citra hops. This pale ale is light and refreshing and you will swear there is citrus fruit in the beer. Come try this homebrew favorite!
An easy-drinking pint, with subtle flavors leaning towards a malty balance. A soft toffee/caramel sweetness, with some biscuit and a touch of roasted dryness in the finish. This is a classic beer for the late winter and early spring, so come give ours a try!
Hopped with Warrior, Citra and Mosaic, then dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. This beer isn't super bitter, but it is hop forward with fresh citrus fruity flavors that are very bright. It's quite good.
Inspired by our friends to the south, this pale lager is pleasantly light and refreshing. Great for spicy food, hot days, hard work, or sitting on the beach somewhere. This beer is lightly hopped with a mellow malt flavor making it thirst quenching and a summer must. Just don't put it in a clear glass container, and please use limes sparingly.
This hazy wheat beer uses local Utah honey and sweet orange peel to create a medium-sweet beer balanced with new German hops. The Orange Honey Wheat has a light wheat flavor and the honey helps this beer finish dryer than other wheat beers. The Mandarina Bavaria hops are light and refreshing and reflect the orange citrus flavor of the peel. Easy drinking and refreshing beer, it’s great for those long hot days of summer.
In collaboration with 2 Row Brewwing. This was one of the first beers in our brewery, and we brewed it again since it was so good. While the Amarillo and Mosaic are the star of the show here, the oats in this beer smooth out the hop character and the body of the beer for an extraordinarily easy drinking pale ale.
This is our take on a Celtic lager. We use no crystal malt, but still get a great color and flavor out of the pale malt from the Malting Company of Ireland, then we hop it with traditional English hops and cold ferment with an Irish Ale yeast. This beer is something you wont see very often, but makes for very drinkable pint.
Our brown ale has a gentle maltiness and mild toffee character with low bitterness. This dark brown beer doesn't drink like a heavy dark beer, but light and smooth. English malt, hops, and yeast, make this beer just like a traditional pub favorite in the UK.

SALT LAKE CITY
Despite the common myth from out-of-towners that you can't get a good drink in Utah, locals know that just isn't the case. Located within walking distance of the heart of downtown, we have great beer, some good food, and a great space to compliment our beer.
OUR PLACE
Originally built to house the Western Electric company nearly 120 years ago, we have restored the exterior brick, as well as exposed much of the interior to create a new and comfortable place to have a drink with friends and family while maintaining the historic feeling of the building.
